Do I need to register or log in to browse listings? No, you can browse all listings without registering or logging in.
Do I need to register to submit a listing request? Yes, you need to register for a FREE account to submit a listing request.
Is there a fee to list my property? No, listings are FREE. However, we may offer premium features in the future for an additional fee.

How many images can I upload with my listing? You can upload a maximum of four (4) images per listing.
What is the maximum size allowed for each image? Each image should be under 2000kb in size.

How many listings can I post at once? You can post a reasonable number of listings as long as information is complete and accurate.
How long will my listing remain active? Your listing will be active for 2 months from the date of posting. After that, it will automatically expire to give space for other listings.

How does Google Maps help me locate properties? Each listing on our platform includes an integrated Google Map, allowing you to easily visualize the property’s location and surrounding area.
What if I’m unfamiliar with the area? With Google Maps, you can explore the neighborhood, check nearby transportation options, and get a sense of the overall environment before visiting the property.
Can I share the map with others? Yes, you can easily share the property’s location on Google Maps with friends, family, or potential buyers/renters.
Does Google Maps offer additional features? Yes, Google Maps allows you to view street views, check traffic conditions, and explore nearby amenities like restaurants, stores, and lodgings.

Can I edit my listing after it’s posted? Yes, you can edit your listing information at any time before it expires by going to My Profile in the Menu.
Can I save my search criteria to be notified of new listings? Yes, our website’s “Save Search” feature allows you to save your customized search and receive email alerts whenever new properties matching your criteria become available. This way, you can stay informed about new listings without having to search manually.
How do I remove my listing before it expires? You can easily remove your listing from your account by also going to My Profile in the Menu.

What happens if I violate the terms and conditions? We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our terms and conditions.
